Caleb was amazing....I couldn't make my payment due to my children getting ill at school and testing positive for COVID!! Caleb was very pleasant and patient with me!! Caleb also took his time to calculate an affordable payment arrangement with me for when I return to work!! You read a lot of bad reviews...but in my eyes Gateway is one of the best financial auto loan institutions there is.,..they understand that things in life sometimes happens and it's not in your control...and they would work with you and help you keep your car...as long as you communicate with them!!! My call today with Caleb was great....a lot of other customer service companies need a customer service rep with the same personality as Caleb!!! This is a true review....I am not an employee or a friend of any of the employees at Gateway....I am actually a customer!!!! I recommend Gateway to anyone!!!

Let me start by saying I’ve never had any issues with Gateway. The customer service is always very helpful. Today I had the pleasure of speaking with the best, Scott. Scott was very informative, knowledgeable, polite, and effective. Scott addressed all my needs and concerns in a polite and speedy manner. Thank you for everything!

I would like to commend Ms Stephanie for the Professional Service, and Patience she showed me. She helped me resolve a problem I've had with my Account since 2021. I just came here to brag on Carissa. She is so sweet and helpful and very great at her job. I’ve been dealing with Gateway for years with multiple vehicles and she is one of their best employees I’ve come across! Anytime I call and end up speaking with her is a pleasure. Recently she was able to help take a HUGE weight off my shoulders and made me feel 100% better about my overall situation I been dealing with. I’m happy I came across her and she is a blessing! Give her a raise lol!!
